Good The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Both of us woke up many times because of our backs.

werde wiederkommen Der Platz zum Frühstück war sehr begrenzt und auch meistens überfüllt. Die Lage zur Sawgrass Mall ist gut und zirka 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zum Strand sind es 30 Minuten. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war nicht so der Hit, hatte aber auch nicht höhere Erwartungen.
Good Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Wenn sich Gäste auf dem Flur unterhalten, ist das deutlich hörbar. Hier sind Ohropax zu empfehlen. Der Zimmerservice stand am 2 Tag erst gegen Abend vor der Tür, um das Zimmer zu machen. Für uns zu spät. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die direkte Lage zu unterschiedlichen Einkaufs-Zentren und der Sawgrass Mall ist phänomenal. Es handelt sich an sich um eine gehobene Gegend.

Custo-benfício bom para quem deseja fazer compras na região do Sawgrass Mills! O hotel é bastante distante das principais atrações de Miami. No horário de pico, chegar na Lincoln Drive por exemplo, leva mais de uma hora. A recepcionista que fez o meu check-in foi bastante rude, desagradável ao extremo, mas os outros funcionários foram bastante prestativos e gentis. Noisy maids, woke us up & very loud, heavy elevator traffic too. Maids were extremely loud in the hallway all morning, talking very loud to each other. They woke us up and we couldn’t get back to sleep. They kept banging the doors closed over & over. Very, very rude. A lot of elevator traffic/noise being so close to the elevator. Not happy with our stay, not a relaxing experience at all. Bed was comfy, room was clean, front desk staff was friendly.
Fair Breakfast was Poor. Front Desk Service was Poor. Cleaning staff did a good job cleaning the room.
