Parece un lugar tranquilo pero suceden cosas poco agradables Lo peor, el desayuno, pésimo. Que además lo sirven en vasos y cubiertos plásticos y platos de icopor, en contra de las campañas contra el calentamiento global. Lo segundo, que ingresa gente extraña al hotel y una mujer nos abordó a pedirnos un extraño requerimiento. Se percibe un fuerte olor a marihuana en el lobby. Très déçue. N y retournerai pas Pas de personnel pour monter les bagages. Bagages laissés dans le hall toute la journée sans surveillance alors qu’il nous a été dit qu ils allaient être montés dans notre chambre. Suite avec un grand lit mais pour la 3ème personne 1 canapé lit non fait que nous avons dû faire. Il nous a été remis un drap avec un trou d au moins 10cm Petit déjeuner basic pas terrible L’emplacement entre l’aeroport Et sawgrass mall Parking gratuit

Okay Sehr unfreundliches Personal, sowohl beim Check-In als auch darüber hinaus. Als wir Samstag zu früh zum Frühstück kamen (beginnt dann aus unverständlichen Gründen erst eine Stunde später als unter der Woche), wurden wir angeblafft und weggejagt. Zum Verständnis: das Frühstück stand bereits vollständig aufgebaut da und wollten gerade Pancakes machen. Darüber hinaus hatte uns niemand die Frühstückszeiten mitgeteilt. Höchst unprofessionelles Auftreten der Mitarbeiter.

Excelente Hotel.. terrible el desayuno incluido El desayuno.. los huevos fríos, no habían croissants, las opciones eran muy pocas y de baja calidad. La cama estuvo muy cómoda y los trabajadores muy amables.
