MAY BE WE WILL TRY NEXT TIME LOCATION HOUSE KEEPER DIDN'T PUT THE TOWELS AND WE HAD TO GO DOWN AND GET IT. THAT WAS NOT GOOD.

Problem rectified. I checked in after 10pm with my children after leaving another hotel that was in poor condition. Upon entering the bathroom to give my 3 year old a bath we discovered 2 roaches. I liked that they initially reduced the cost of my visit and then completely refunded my money for the night at the hotel. They stated that the condition of the room was unacceptable and made every effort to correct the problem.
Only inconvenience was lack of food. It does not have dinning facilities.

Good Bed was ripped
Für uns war es gut und wir waren zufrieden. Das Frühstück war leider nicht besonders gut. Der Kaffee schmeckte gar nicht und das Frühstück bestand aus Toast, Joghurt, Obst und Waffeln. Klar wurde man satt, aber es war wenig ansprechend. Der Shop im Hotel war super ausgestattet, allerdings sehr teuer. Für uns war wichtig recht nah bei Sawgrass Mills Mall und BB&T-Center zu wohnen. Good enough for the single night stay but won’t be staying there again. I had to change rooms because the first room had bugs crawling on desk, nightstand, and dresser. Front desk workers were respectful.
