No sleep Got no sleep at all the noise from other guests was horrendous. Complained to staff 4 times

Very Poor I made this reservation with booking.com, then never got a confirmation email. I was worried something was wrong so I called the hotel to make sure they got my reservation and I was told by the front desk they did. When the time came to go to the hotel they suddenly knew nothing about my reservation and I had to find a new hotel at 2AM. don't know
