Poor Subsequent to checking-in, I noticed that there were hairs on the sheets and pillow. When I asked for assistance, I was told that the cleaning crew would not be back until the next day. I was given another room. On my second day, I left the hotel around 9AM and returned at 6PM only to find out that the bed had not been made, the bathroom had not been sanitized and basically that the room had not been done. Very Good The pool was closed majority of our stay. And we had to move rooms due to bugs. The staff took care of us and got us moved to another room right away.

Hotellilla oli paljon erilaisia esitteitä nähtävyyksistä ja olisikin ollut hyvä, jos sieltä olisi ollut kuljetus joihinkin, jolloin kaikki olisivat voineet rentoutua eikä kuljettajan olisi tarvinnut stressaantua kaoottisesta liikenteestä. Stayed one night but was charged for two nights 1. The boiled eggs were cold. 2. The front desk staff was rude, disrespectful, confused and unprofessional - it appears she didn't know what she was doing. - the same person checked us in the day before, told us our total, and swiped my American Express Platinum card. - at checked the next morning , first she asked for the room number even though the number was clearly written by her on the key jacket in her hand.
