Staff was great. They upgraded my stay to a master suite It was great and wonderful. It was hotel style with hallways. Not just a room to walk into.
The staff were also a plus and they went out of their way to take care of my needs. I don’t think there’s anything that I didn’t like The breakfast was missing gravy, but the waffles were delicious. Overall you did great thank you.
My Stay There were no fans or ceiling fans in the rooms It was in a decent neighborhood, and I didn't have to worry about my vehicle being vandalized overnight. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable

I have had better stays. The fact that rooms must not be checked thoroughly to assure that all amenities such as toilets, showers, lights, televisions, ect. are in proper working order. I believe that since the establishment does not provide daily housekeeping services, then they should at least inspect rooms for proper working amenities. Maravillosa Muy bonito el hotel, amplias recámaras, el desayuno bueno y el staff súper amable !!! A parte está muy bien ubicado, alrededor puedes encontrar desde un súper, restaurantes, tiendas etc

Great choice for hotel in San Antonio Variety for breakfast. Great location and value for money. I would definitively come back.

Good location The ac took forever to cool Coffee in lobby at 11pm, breakfast, easy check in, easy to find room, and coffee maker in room with microwave and fridge
