Great Place to stay with pets Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, very friendly to pets. Make sure you print off the directions this is not an easy hotel to find.
Nice Hotel, Friendly Helpful Staff It was a nice Hotel, friendly staff. I left the charger for my Laptop in the room and then left the country. I called them and they sent it out immediately and I had back it within 2 days. My only complaint Wi-Fi Service Not working while I was there.
average comfort and service During our 1 week stay, the bed was not made once and we had to ask for new coffee packets twice plus the coffee maker in room was broken on last day. Continental breakfast was better than average and hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Bed too hard The hotel overall was good, but the bed mattress was way too hard.

a good hotel I think it's a good hotel for it's price. Just spend about 15~20 min. to get the center of Seattle. Gratis breakfast is good.
