This hotel has seen better days. It is run down, dirty and smelly. When you first walk in you notice the entryway is falling apart. The lobby is a mess, clearly still in shambles from the COVID-19 closure. The lobby also did not look like it had seen a vacuum for weeks. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I used to stay several times in the past, but this time I was disappointed. It might be be due to pandemic but it looks like motel 6 or 9. I stayed there 3 might but no bed make up nor no clean Towels are not available at room. I was forced to pick it up front desk each day.....

Our room smelled strongly of sweaty gym socks, and there was a nasty brown stain on the sheets. So gross.

This is the first hotel ever in my life that doesn’t have housekeeping service, we stay at this hotel for four nights and never got housekeeper service, if you need towels you need to go to front desk and get them yourself, I think that’s discussing, and when I make the reservation dint mention nothing of this, I don’t recommend this hotel at all, I think some businesses take advantage of the pandemic, to save money but in the long run it’s bad for the business.

Property was very dirty, we rented two rooms, both seemed like they were not cleaned at all, both had dirty bathrooms and showers, the 2nd room was so bad we had to ask to move rooms the next day. Even towels were dirty, hair, dirt, dust and other in bathrooms. Overall felt VERY dirty for COVID cleaning. Also all three rooms were run down, broken, just not taken care of or repaired. Would not stay here again and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to stay here. Very disappointed, La Quintas are usually pretty good.
