Would stay again Complimentary breakfast was good with fresh waffles and more. Double queen room had microwave and fridge. Single king room was good-sized. Great place for family travel. Next door to BurgerMaster Restaurant (YUM!).

Non smoking room smells like smokes When we booked the room with Expedia.com, we stated that we wanted a NON smoking room. When we checked in around 10pm and entered our room, the room had smoke smell. We asked for replacement right away (1 minute after we got in to the room), but the receptionist said there's no more room available. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Bugs in my room There were three large bugs during our stay. At first I thought it was gross but a fluke. Then two more showed up on the wall and on my cup. They were roach type bugs. I told the front desk and was told the manager would contact me. No one did. I called and messaged the hotel and have never received a response.

The bathroom had hair in bathtub was not cleaned properly. Would have taken a house keeper two minutes to clean that off. I brought to front desk attention and she was more worried that they did not have enough paper.

Gross and dirty! Used sanitary product stuck inside the garbage bag, huge cobwebs in the ceiling corners, thin towels, thin walls, powder creamer for coffee that does not deserve the water to make a cup.

Lighting in parking lot is poor. Exterior door to the building was unlocked/or lock broken, anyone could enter the building, building overall is rundown. Elevators are filthy. Was told there was breakfast, “grab and go”, but there wasn’t.
