The parking lot is dark (either no lights or not working). The building is literally falling apart and extremely dirty.
Air conditioner was broken. Internet service was very spotty.
Location was convenient. Price was reasonable. Safety issue especially for older adults...no grab handles in shower, no non slip feature in bathtub/shower (non-slip strips or bath/shower mat. Only one pillow per sleeper for Queen bed. No extra blankets
There was no real breakfast provided beyond a granola bar or yogurt - the hotel should do a better job of making that clear ahead of time. When we asked the front desk where we could get lunch, we were told the nearest places to eat were a couple of miles down the road - we later found out there is a burger place right next to the hotel.
I am dissapointed. Toilet seat was dirty, there was dust everywhere, the free breakfast was a nutrigrain bar and a Yoplait yogurt. For as expensive as it was I dont expect to see pee stains among other crap...clearly bissible on the back of the toilet seat. The bathroom floor had paper shreds left over. The atttention to detail just simply wasnt there. It was a hotel, i slept in it. It didn't fall over. But not worth what i paid. While the Country in 5 minutes away for less is great! I guess I learned.
First room they gave me smelled terrible. Second room smelled a little better but man this place is clearly not worth the money I paid.
Bed sheets were not clean, no house keeping during our stay there. Lack of staff.
Waste of money. Checked in at 11:30 pm with family expecting comfy room. Got too see tones of hairs (room# 325). Asked for change of room. Got #216. —> AC was just making noise no cooling. One bed had pet hairs. My kid was so tired and was so late so I slept on chair and my kid and wife slept on one bed.
