Exceptional Friendly staff. Cookies in the afternoon.
Good Located within easy walking distance of Seattle city centre. Free parking. Friendly and efficient check-in. Comfortable, clean room. Good free Wi-Fi throughout. Plentiful buffet breakfast.

Goldilocks hotel; just right. View not that great and the hallways upstairs were a bit stuffy. We missed breakfast so not sure how good it is. Great bed, service, location, WiFi, and just about everything else. Even had a balcony which was a treat. There's an off-leash dog park just down the street if you're traveling with a dog like we do.
Good It was short. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, courteous or helpful.
More like budget 2 star The pillows, everything used for food is cardboard or plastic as in plates, cups, cutlery etc. Lamp stands on side tables need a scrub on the actual metal, nothing a bit of elbow grease and perhaps a brush can fix. Not up to the expectations Staffs are not responding properly and still they have old models of television. They don’t have cables even to connect our devices. Only you have to watch cable channels or bring your own latptops Access to the nearby attractions
