ok but thats it the wifi was awfull infact of 3 days i mybe had few minutes that it was ok to use major roadand trafficdisruptions due to repairs on the road was a pain good
Disappointing The staff was very unpleasant and the room was uncomfortable for more than two people If you travel with a group more than two either take two rooms or choose other hotel The location close to downtown and space needle
Good Tv sound awful. Kitchen guy who supervises breakfast was too pushy especially for 6:30 in morning. Please change menu. Everyday awful powered eggs apples bananas and awful sausages. Location location location. Restaurants and mall close. Great staff and has laundry onsite:

Disappointing Did not get the room I booked weeks ago and was assured I would get a discount for the inconvenience. Front desk could not see a discount. And the cost of the room is a lot more than the original quote. I was quoted 527 cad online when I booked it and it was 631 after the charge went through. Not a happy customer. Clean room

Fair Un desastre. En frente hay una construcción que genera mucho ruido. Toda la zona está en remodelación. Carísimo para las condiciones. El trato en el restaurante de el camarero Eduardo. Muy gentil.
just what we needed for comfort relaxation and confidence in your hotel team /front desk team a second chair in hotel rooms, we dragged one in from patio but most times there are two people traveling together and two chairs would be nice , to have avail in the room clean comfortable and courteous staff attendants , front desk and in kitchen area we relocated to this hotel for this one night from the loyal inn, as after our initial 3 night stay we felt well treated and did not want to stay at loyal inn, so we requested to ret... read more
