Bad That I woke up in the night to find bites on me and a Bedbug in my bed. When I went to the front desk in the middle of the night the staff was not at all apologetic and weren’t able to refund me anything as it was booked through Booking.com. The parking in the park are was very tight. They gave me a city map and garbage bags to bag my clothes after I found out the room had bedbugs and that I had to bag mine and my son’s clothes.

Unpleasant The food, and that i couldn’t sleep well because i had to be out by 11am and checked in at 4Am so it was not worth it but i needed a place to “rest” but it is what it is No comment

Disappointing
Good 8 am staff chatter on Saturday morning and 8am power washing on Sunday morning. Not nice!
Fair The room smelled like dog poop and cigarettes. I know it's a pet friendly hotel but I don't think it was cleaned well from whoever was there before. Great location downtown, free breakfast.
Fair Facilities very outdated. Paid a security deposit on arrival and told this would be returned the same day after checking out - have not yet received this and the hotel is not replying to messages regarding this. Good location and nice convenient breakfast.

decepción la habitación tiene un tremendo olor a humedad y a viejo, no pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, porque entendemos que todo el Hotel es así y era solo una noche. El chico que nos atendió en la recepción, no fue nada amable El desayuno, es lo peor que hemos visto en más de 20 años viajando. la comida es parecida a la del servicio del tren o del avión, toda envasada y de muy mala calidad. la ubicacion centrica
