SI TE GUSTA EL MALTRATO, HOSPÉDATE EN LA QUINTA! El empleado en turno el día 11 de mayo a las 6:30 o 7:00 am un tipo PESADÍSIMO, te trata con sarcasmo y pésima actitud, si quieres que te maltraten hospédate en la quinta. Cero capacidad de atención al cliente. Y una actitud sumamente mediocre. Todos los empleados (sí eres latino) te hacen sentir UNWELCOME. Ojalá se pudiera poner CERO ESTRELLAS
Beds were comfortable, the rooms erre clean, the reception staff were a Breakfast was dissapointing, everything was full of sugar except the pre boiled eggs which had an unplesant consistancy and gluten free options were poor Breakfast location was appropriate

Don’t stay here if you have pets!!! Ridiculous pet policy! Ridiculous not to be able to leave pets in room without us being in the room with them. This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in that makes its guests who have pets sign waiver saying you’ll be kicked out of the hotel if you leave pets alone in room for more than 2-3 minutes. Room decor is very outdated too. Good location

Disappointing Hotel muy decepcionante Nada más llegar un olor a marihuana tremendo Habitación oscura y ruidosa La zona de desayuno horrorosa; desayuno horroroso ; ambiente muy regulero…..lo salva la ubicación. No volveria Nada recomendable

Very Poor Counter clerks very rude
Overall, price is fair but not up to standard The breakfast consists solely of frozen items. I'm disappointed. The carpet smells bad, the bathtub is stained, and everything is extremely outdated. There's a lot of noise from the trash truck outside starting at 5 am. Location is good, size is good, affordable parking and very basic breakfast, price is fair.

Great location, but nothing fancy here. Water pressure in bathroom sink literally DRIBBLED OUT. UNACCEPTABLE! Location. Close to downtown & whole foods market The double shower head was WONDERFUL!!

A nice choice for a couple of nights. Almost everything was very good until check out. We had requested an airport transfer back to the airport. Reception noted it down in some kind of paper log. When we checked out I asked about the car and the reception worker (different person) had no idea, called the driver, and then said that it sounded like he just woke up (5 minutes before we needed to leave).
