Disappointing Неприветливый персонал, неудобный диван, нет сейфа в номере, кондиционер дует в голову, когда спишь на диване, приходилось закрывать его подушками. Завтрак был более менее нормальный

Can't recommend. Every time the front desk was unstaffed, and sometimes they took the bell, with no indication of return time. Longest wait 15mins. They wanted to charge me $50 US for a 1.5 hr early check in. The first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned. They moved us to another room quickly. The wifi was terrible, constant disconnections when it was available. The breakfast was terrible. Make your own waffles from an empty batter can. No milk for coffee. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for your dissatisfaction. However, we have never charged an early check in fee and gladly check our guest in early if their room is ready. In review of your reservation, the only additional charges I see are for parking. Also, I do not see in your reservation that you changed rooms and stayed in the same room for your entire visit. Finally, our front desk is never left unattended for more than a few seconds and, therefore, we do not have a bell at our desk. Is it possible th... read more
