Не рекомендую Забронював через Букінг, приїхав у готель а на рецепції сказали, що вільних номерів не має і нічим допомогти не можуть. нічого
Bad Ми завітали у цей готель і показали персоналу, що у нас заброньований номер, на що вони відповіли, що вільних номерів немає і нам потрібно шукати інший готель. Цей заклад не скасував броні та зараз ми не можемо повернути наші кошти! Жахливе обслуговування, таке з нами вперше. Нічого
Fair Personal sehr unfreundlich. Laut durch Flugzeuge und Bahn. Nur 1 Aufzug in Betrieb wegen Renovierung. Zuverlässiger Shuttle zum Airport. Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens.
did't happen- bad costumer service I had to cancel my reservation: I called 3 times to the hotel asking where to take the shuttle from the airport. The (same) person who answered all calls directed me to the pick up are the first two times. after waiting in the pick up area for a while I called again- and the same person said that actually there is no shuttle today!!!! I cancelled the reservation immediately and booked another reliable hotel with accurate information and shuttle that came in 3 minutes. I usually like La Quin... read more
Bad. Did not have a room for us. Sent us to another hotel, because they were overbooked and under staffed. Available rooms were not clean and could not be used by guests. Definitely mostly due to staffing issues, but hotel was a little dingy and there was very limited parking. Area was a little creepy to arrive at night, but we had no issues, just wasn’t very inviting. A lot of trash in parking lot.
