Worst hotel staff ever experienced! There was a stain on my pillow. I couldn’t get any hot water in the morning, so I called the reception to ask for some help - they said they would send a maintenance man. I waited 25 mins and nothing happened, so I called to find out what was happening and the lady on reception just hung up the phone on me. I wasn’t rude at all, I was perfectly kind and polite. Never Again, worst accommodation. There was no hot water which we were told about when we arrived. We were given a choice to go to another property but decided to stay and would use the kettle to boil some hot water to have a wash. By the morning there was no water at all in our room. No wash, no drink, no flush. Ended up leaving without brushing our teeth and felt yuck on ouir flight to San Francisco!
Horrible. Long term guest smoking inside. Keep getting the round about regarding my refund from last Quinta and Booking.com The staff is nice.
interesting. you could not regulate the heat. when we got into the room it was freezing cold. when we turned on the heat it got REALLY warm. so it was up and down all night long. clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. the shuttle drive was very helpful

I’m sure that particular day I could have stayed at any hotel next to the airport and they would’ve At the time of my arrival, I was told that the hot water was not working and that it would be on shortly. The hot water never came back on my entire stay. I only stayed one night and would’ve liked to take a hot shower. The location is very convenient right next to the airport
