The hotel doesn’t have hot water after two days check out. The manager is very bad behavior. The hotel doesn’t have hot water after two days check out.

Poor, not coming back Hotel being remodeled, we got an older room. Worn carpet, awkward windows, etc. a Adjacent restaurant was inadequately staffed, took an hour to order and get dinner.

Dirty, expired food, not worth the money-don’t stay here. It was dirty, expired breakfast food, bed was uncomfortable, pool and hot tub closed. Nothing

Disappointing The breakfast It was needing upgraded I phoned 3 times for the bus it was engaged we w=ended up paying 50 dollars for taxis

Overall, for the price it's acceptable. Friendly staff made up for deficiencies in the discomforts. The mattress on the bed was sub par. Not comfortable which makes for a restless night sleep ( Isn't that the number one factor in a good hotel??) There was very poor security. door leading to the outside had a broken window which made it easy access for uninvited guests to sneak in and sleep in the stairwells on the upper floors, (scary when you walk down the stairs at midnight and there is someone sleeping in the hallway!) Run down motel with problems. The elevators both broke and we had to bring all our luggage down the stairs from the 6th floor. Also they were doing a remodel of most of the motel and it needed it. It would have been nice to know that before we booked it. location, shuttle bus, employees
