Going to the lobby to pee is not great. the toliet did not flush and 3 trips to the desk did not get it fixed! location
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is otherwise the dirtiest and grossest place I have ever stayed The room keys didn’t always work, had to be reassigned due to a door lock not working. Bathroom, pillow and sheets had hair from other guests. Elevator had packing blankets up all around stains all over the carpets in hallways. Very close to the airport.

Very disappointing! There was a very rude front desk staffer. Two of them were very nice but the third one was extremely rude and clearly did not want to be working. Another guest who was checking out at the same time even said “wow, she’s sure miss personality, isn’t she”. location.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! We were NEVER told the shuttle only runs on the hour & half hour otherwise we would have called as soon as we got off our flight at 11:55pm. (flight was delayed by 45 minutes). We called at 12:08am once we arrived at the shuttle bus area & were told by the front desk woman that the shuttle would be right over. got in tired and late so stayed the first night. cancelled reservation in the morning do to headache caused by the smell my room and fourth floor smelled of smoke front desk clerk was nice and professional
Not happy about the SERVICE provided. The staff behind the desk was RUDE and very unhelpful. The key card only worked one night, and had to go to the main desk to have it programmed twice. Loud, disgruntled worker in the main lobby in the morning, who ended up being the worker behind the front desk. Not once did our room get cleaned during our stay. VERY VERY Unprofessional service
