ick!!! The facility is not maintained, bedding - pillows, mattress awful; I arrived exhausted after long day of delayed flights. I came in to empty front desk. So I rang the bell and a woman came out in a cloud of marijuana smoke. She gave me key card to a room with broken heat. I tried to call her from the room about it, but their phone system wasn't working, so I had to come down their creepy elevator that was under renovation & I didn't feel safe. Disappointing The bathtub was not very clean,there was a sosp bar leftover from the person before that had hair in it. The hair dryer didn't work The staff was nice
Horrible The staff, the attitude, the cleanliness. Walked into a room with a wet carpet … Nothing went well! The phone at the airport did not work to call the shuttle. I called the property using the number on my confirmation…no answer. Finally, a shuttle driver from another property took me. The front desk staff were not friendly nor helpful. The carpet in my room was soaking wet. I have stayed at this property before but this time, it was a dreadful experience.
I would never book here again. When we tried to check in I was told there were no rooms and our reservation was canceled. The clerk was rude and took several minutes to appear at the front D Desk. I was able to book a reservation.

Will not stay here again. Too noisy, could hear everything being said next door, planes, and construction noise. Breakfast was meager with no decaf available and no staff anywhere.
