We just needed a place to stay overnight to catch our flight the next morning. Rooms clean &comfy. Breakfast was the most disappointing. I expected a buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns. The beds were comfortable and a good size. It was n at the airport.
Very Poor Water pressure was lousy. Woke like someone was drilling above my room. Got a migraine. Decided to stay elsewhere when I came back to Seattle. Cancel my reservation Breakfast was good
It was totally a bad stay hallways were smelling of weed.. nothing
Disappointing dirty
Dirty and loud It was extremely dirty, the vent in the bathroom blew out huge hunks of dirt. There were vending and ice machines on each floor, but none worked. When asked about them, we were told they were shut off because eventually, they were going to put in a snack bar. We did not have a vehicle to go anywhere to get drinks or snacks, so being thirsty as their guest seemed ok for them. Convenient location and it had a shuttle to the airport
Disappointed Shower was disgusting. Lots of hair coming out of drain. I removed it myself. Main desk not wiped down. Sticky table. Housekeeping banging on our door at 7am. Woke everyone up. Location
Adequate, but barely. I had asked for a wake up call, which I did not receive. I had reserved an ADA room, which I did not get. The only offerings for breakfast were carb-laden: waffles, toast, cereal. There was no fruit or protein whatsoever. And there was no TV remote in the room. The manager didn’t seem concerned about any of these things. The location was close to the airport and a short shuttle ride away. The room was clean although a bit dated.
terrible They treated me badly, rudely, the room was dirty, it smelled bad, the card to enter didn't work, they broke the car window, they stole my belongings including some suitcases IN THE HOTEL PARKING (they don't want to answer me, I'll take legal actions). noting at all.
