A big disappointment Drain leaking through our bathroom ceiling from room above, and it was obvious it had been patched multiple times. Most exterior lighting not working. The sparsest breakfast offering I have seen in a long time. Why even offer , when it's obvious you don't care? There wasn't much good to comment on.
not worth the money at all so never stay again horrible old carpet and filthy shower curtain way over priced the driver of our shuttle was great and the front desk staff was efficient

Worst ever. We normally like LaQuinta. This was more than disappointing. Keys did not work. Initially gave us a room that was already occupied. Yes, we walked in on strangers. We went back 4!!!!!! times to get a alternative room with an access key that would open a door. Staff did not seem to know how to do their jobs. The van was too small to carry more passengers so that we had to wait for a 2nd shuttle to the airport. We were told it was a borrowed van as both their transport busses were in the shop. Spend a little more and go elsewhere This place is disgusting, it does not even warrant one star. First, I witnessed the front desk person be incredibly rude to a woman in front of me. Then when it's my turn the person at the front desk calls out my room number in front of the other 10+ people in line. The deadbolt in my room was broken off, there were little hairs all over the bathroom that indicated it had not been cleaned, the linens did not look or smell clean. The shuttle for the airport is a huge plus but the unheated pool and broken hot tub was very poor. Eggs and meat should be offered Breakfast was okay
