Fair Rooms were horrible.. dirty towels were hanging in the closet.. the bed wasn’t comfortable
Not worth the money The actual building is falling apart. It’s concerning how little La Quinta has done to maintain the property and it’s overall gross. Our room smelled like urine and weed; same with the hallways. Housekeeping did the best they could do but it’s clear no one at La Quinta HQ has provided necessary improvements. Fair Breakfast was not ready at 6:00 as advertised so we had to buy it elsewhere. Bathroom was not very clean.
Disappointing Did not get the type of room I requested. I had booked an accessable room, but got a standard room with a tiny toilet that a child could use. No hot breakfast. Mold over the tub on the ceiling. Fairly close to our family's location. Had plenty of handicapped parking this time. The bed was okay.
I did not feel that it was ran by LaQuanita When we arrived at the hotel the man behind the desk gave us our key. When we opened our door someone was already in the room. We had to go down and get another key. We didn't like walking into a room with someone else property. They were not in the room. Very Poor
Not pleasant but slept well. Fifty minute wait at airport for shuttle pickup. Called four times and was never told there were driver issues until last call. Another time refused to pick us up from light rail station. No breakfast at 6 am on Monday like told. Chairs on table at 5:55. Ate at airport. Not much but comfortable be
I wouldn't stay at another LaQuinta based on my experience with the Seattle property The facilities and rooms were outdated. The carpets were stained and dingy. The breakfast was inadequate.
Needs work Bathroom sink, tub, toilet, floor grouting, and walls were all dirty. The carpets were dirty as well. I want a refund. Bed was nice and clean.
