Fair Dead bug in the room, stains on pillow case, ceiling cracking and moldy in bathroom, and AC unit didn't work. Muffins were great. Coffee was not.
one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had We were told that there were no rooms available even though we had reserved two rooms well I’m advance. Finally they “found” two rooms with king sized beds (we had reserved 2 rooms each with two doubles) and gave us those rooms for 7 people. they then said.they would add a roll away to one of the rooms. not pleasant front desk customer service was not helpful and very rude using profanity great location
Very Poor The plumbing didn’t work right there were not enough towels for the number of guests that I booked the breakfast was minimal at that difficult to find staff for assistance of anything The shuttle driver to the airport in the early morning was the best part! She was a nice bright face to see in the morning and helpful!
