not that happy but ok. very unfriendly staff during check in, morning staff was ok. not informed about breakfast time so we didn't eat bf there. not that bright room. In general, it is ok place but not to my expectation.
very disappointing. no where up to my expectation. upon entry, I was very disappointed by the filth on the floor, the clients hanging around and the surly foreign desk clerk. The room was a lot nicer than the rest of the hotel, which was run down.

I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone else. We had to wait over an hour to pick picked up by the shuttle at the airport.We called about 4 times asking where the shuttle was because we were told each time it would be there in 10 - 15 min.The male staff member was rude on the phone and told me I wasn't looking carefully enough for the shuttle.He wasn't friendly when we checked in either.Our room still had 2 things of someone else's food in the refrigerator.There was something wet spilled on the floor between... read more
Pay more to stay elsewhere. Run down rooms with dirty carpets throughout. Neighboring rooms pot smoke came in through bathroom vent Breakfast was adequate but very limited in selection
Fair we picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. which was great the morning we had to get to the airport. It was the night before when we went to drop off the car and the shuttle coming to the hotel passed us by once and an hour later almost passed us again. Had I known this ahead of time I would have worn a jacket by the time I made it back to the hotel I was freezing and it was late, only managed a couple hours of sleep before we had to get up to catch the plane. the one thing I liked was the bed, it was comfy.
I realize it was a short stay so we could catch an early flight home. but it was not the best neighborhood. hallways smelled like wet old carpets. bathroom dirty air conditioner was noisy all night long. homeless people in parking lot very loud
