Worst experience ever 1. Front desk staff not friendly and you can hardly find them (stepped away) 2. Dirty room. Hair everywhere on the bed; light broken Free breakfast
Will never book this hotel again There was no airport shuttle. We booked because there was. Also there breakfast started at 7pm. So disappointed. Recommend using other hotel.

Bad
Slept better than I would have on the floor at SeaTac. The advertised 24/7 shuttle service is actually only 16 hours a day now. We barely made the last shuttle after a delayed flight and had to walk back to the airport in the snow when the morning shuttle was cancelled because of the weather. I couldn’t help but notice as we walked thhroufh the snow that the other hotel shuttles were still running. it’s close to the airport with comfortable enough rooms. There is a safe route to walk to the airport.
Very Poor
Sucked. Front desk staff was constantly hiding in office behind the desk. That is frustrating when you have to re-key your room key five separate times in a three day stay. Asked for trash to be taken out and it never was. Facilities from front desk, to elevator, to my rooms hallway constantly smelled like marijuana. Close to airport.
Terrible. The shower door was not functioning. The bed was terrible. The evening staff was rude. The checkin girl was nice but she left as I was checking in. The night front desk man was very rude!
All in all ok Breakfast was the most bad experience we had!We came 9:50 at the breakfast room. There was a TOTAL unfriendly woman that has such an unmannered behavior. Clean up BEFORE 10:00 everything; then when we wanted just eat what we get she started to turn off the light in the breakfast room, opened the doors so there was a draft with the cold weather of Seattle at the day( Saturday 12/18/2021).
