It was decent Old toilets and sinks. Dimmed hallway lights. Clean. Great staff and customer service.
Dingy, depressing airport. Massless shuttle. There was HAIR in the dirty shower. I chose this location for early morning airport shuttle. Driver and several guests not wearing masks, We should have paid the same amount to stay somewhere nice and spring for an Uber, Close to airport.
I want my money back Tv remote was almost non functional. Two lamps didn’t work. Bathroom looked rundown with stained wash cloths.
For the price we paid, it just fell way short. Quality and price were the big issues A/C was out in the first room. They transferred us into another room. It was out of toilet paper. Definitely a lack of attention to quality. The property also seemed very antiquated and in need of a renovation. The staff was amazing. Great people.
Staff were friendly, but major cleaning or removal of carpets for tile need done. The bedding was clean and but never have my feet stuck to the carpets like this time! I seriously doubt a simple shampoo could do the trick on these! While they may have been vacuumed… that did not help remove the sticky “whatever” the previous guests had spilled. Bad It was dirty, the computer in the lobby didn’t work, the grounds were gross, the carpet through out were disgusting, the beds were very uncomfortable Location
It was awful----Never again La Quinta!!!!! When I booked the room I sent an email to the hotel asking about the shuttle from he airport. They responded by stating that it runs until midnight. When I arrived I waited at the airport for about 45 minutes to wait for the shuttle. It never arrived. I finally phoned the hotel and was told that I had to call to request the shuttle. Never stay here again Breakfast..bed too soft..no comfortable chairs.bathroom tub hard to get out of.. Location was good
