i am not satisfied worst experience will like refund some of the lamps were not working we had to change rooms because door handle was not good 2times sheets were not clean mattressess were not comfortable
Overall it was okay. Water was warm, there wasn’t to many hotel amenities, but it was a convinenant stay for a layover. The staff wasn’t to helpful with our bags, they picked us up from the airport and I loaded up everything myself. Same thing when we got to the hotel. I called the front desk to ask them a question, the receptionist answered the phone and the line was had some static, she hung up the phone on me. I called her back twice and she didn’t answer. Close to the airport, free shuttle to and from the airport.
You couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel again Hearing every flight arrive until 1am was miserable. Couch bed was terrible. Bedding was terrible. Decor was terrible. The breakfast options during Covid were adequate for whole family. Food options for dinner delivery were great

Fair Very surprised and disappointed at the lack of a shuttle in the afternoon when we arrived. That cost us an extra $20 in cab fare.

The above should do it. I did not get my stay, only lost my money, when my plane could not get into Yakutat, AK, from which I was leaving. The person at the desk of my hotel could not help because I had booked with you. Your person at Booking. com was very nice but unable to help. I only found out the day before my flight that the plane would not be able to get into Yakutat, Alaska, the next day, and when called Booking. com, it was not enough of the Twenty four hour day ahead, I guess.
