Poor I had called three days in advance to see what I needed to do because I had a late flight the guy in office I spoke to day before called me a lier I had to go find a new place and as I was doing so I watched a man get hit and killed in front of your motel so not only did I have no place to go but had a horrible time I will never stay at a la Quinta again nor will family

Fair Noise all night My room was located close to the light rail, a warehouse, and off the end of the runway. There was noise all night. I have stayed at this property before and never had this issue, but this time it was uncomfortable.
Disappointed Shuttle to and from the airport. I confirmed a single king bed and got two doubles.

Poor I made several phone and text calls to be sure , because we were coming in late in plane, that our reservations were secure, and we had a shuttle. We were never told the shuttle came only if we called for it on arrival. We waited for what we were told was the last shuttle of night at 12:30am. It did not come so we called. Rude man told us the shuttle stops at midnight, we had not called so one did not come. He said we had to call. She did not tell us we had to call again. No apology was given. The hotel was nice, clean and well located. Except for the Wi-Fi situation I was pleased, not ecstat Been given updates on the status of the Wi-Fi service There was no Wi-Fi and the staff would not or could not respond as to it’s status

Quick overnight stay with an evening dinner for our 40th wedding anniversary. Pool was closed . I asked the mgr. for a small discount because it was not stated and she was rude and condescending with an abrupt NO. she did not want to honor a request I made in writing for a first floor room as my wife is handicapped. The front desk clerk found one for us. Airplane noise and a bit of an odder. The front desk clerk was accommodating as was the evening shuttle driver.
