Disappointing That the elevator got stuck the room was not. Clean the shuttle charged us for the trip to the air port and we did not get a recipe for any thing the bill was 36.00.for around trip. The lady at the front desk she was great help

I would not return. The room could have been clean. Also, it would be nice to have double panned windows and better insulated walls; this is a very noisy location.

Stayed at last quintals a lot this was my worst experience Took over an hour to get ride from airport the Hilton went by us 3 times. When we went to the elevator there was a drunk sleeping in the hall? Security? As far as breakfast nothing was ready at 9600 not even the coffee. Bed was comfortable

Although Michael (shuttle driver) was a true blessing, would not stay at La Quinta again. Morning shuttle driver (Randall?) was very unhelpful to my mother (she was using a walker and was signed up for wheelchair at airport). He did not help her get into the shuttle, just left her standing there while everyone one else got on. I couldn't help as I had her cat in a carrier, struggling with that. Awful! No wifi, no fridge, no microwave. When asked if any rooms had these features i was lied to byfront desk staff who said no. Checking out i asked different front desk staff same question regarding wifi, fridge and microwave and she said ues most rooms do have these features! Avoid this place! Free coffee
