The place, the clerks, the shuttle drivers were all very helpful and courteous. Night we arrived there was no warm water. The whole place did not have warm water. We were not notified until AFTER we checked in and they took our credit card information. We were told that we would probably get warm water by midnight. Had to take a shower with VERY COLD water! In the morning, we still did not have warm water. Again, had to bathe with VERY COLD water! We left for the day and returned and finally, we had warm water. We feel we sh... read more
Bad My husband forgot his brand new shirts in the closet just before we left and unfortunately they're gone! Hotel management was not helpful at all! They should not let the thieves to work for them. What a shame! Location

Under par compared to other la Quinta hotels we've stayed at Bed sheets were dirty, springs were Poppin out the side of the mattress to the point I broken skin. Accessible
