without the value of a pet staying for a reasonable price, hotel isn’t worth it. air conditioning didn’t work well, air flow in room poor. raised pet fee to $75, you’re better off getting a nicer hotel and paying the 100 others like Hilton charge. convenient location, staff is friendly

Frustrating not comfortable Old the lock on my door was practically falling off. The ice machine was old and not working had to go to the 9th floor for ice the walls were cracked and old this place needs renovating and the wifi was not working. Staff was nice

Bad Air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas malgré les 33 degrés à l'extérieur. Le 2e matin je leur ai demandé d'aller vérifier, chose qu'ils nont pas fait !! Jai du retourner les voir à mon retour le soir a 10h00 malgré la fatigue des enfants. Nous avons du changé 2 fois de chambres avant d'en avoir une avec lair climatisé. Aucune machine à glace fonctionnait dans tout l'hôtel La piscine etait très souvent fermées ou réservés pour des groupes d'école. Staff was good and helping but there was no maintenance and very old will not use this hotel again! The Sink in Bathroom was clogged, they send maintenance but he could not fix it, so we spend 3 nights there in the same room with clogged sink and there was no exhaust in the bathroom, not a good experience at all! Location was good and Breakfast was OK.
Never again The room was smaller then any room I’ve had at this location. The pool was always going under some type of maintenance daily during my 3 day stay. Over crowded, elevators we’re moving very slow I had to walk the stairs to my room on the 8th floor. Refrigerator in room was broken had to wait until the next day to get a new one.
