Not impressed. Thank goodness no bedbugs and the bus was right out front. The bathroom didn't flush properly, the shower had no pressure, the towels weren't ready for the 5 of us, and after housekeeping, there would never be enough towels. Breakfast was bad (old sausages, mushed hard-boiled eggs, no waffles for 2 mornings, and then long lines to obtain one the subsequent mornings). Dining hall tables were all dirty. Poor Alors la liste va être longue. Robinet salle de bain ne ferme pas. Fenêtre ouverte qui ne ferme pas. Climatisation qui fait un bruit monstre sans faire de froid. Pas de glaçon... Piscine sale.. Betes qui courent dans la salle de bain. Plafond sale et enfin mauvaise insonorisation.. Et 3 lit d'appoint.. Qui n'est pas un lit.. Mais juste des ressorts, cassé. the best worst experience The front desk people treat you as if they where making you a favor of giving you they attention. Some people working at the hotel have good customer service skill, but those are just 2 from a 6 people staff (that i got to see) Blank eyes, disdain, less than helpful whit the problems the hotel created. We had to get moved to another room, because on another floor the pipes broke so we where unable to use the bathroom from one night and one morning. Did I hope the employee check out more customers I did not like coming from Dream American water park And could not take a shower because of a dirty shower curtain Well the part I like was I was customer taking over your customers job your employee job
