Awful, stay somewhere else Breakfast staff are beyond rude Breakfast is awful, there is food all over the floor, tables are dirty and there is barely any choice of food. Rooms are in a terrible state, mould, marks on sheets, given a blanket with holes in. Impossible to sleep due to very noisy air con, ours was broken so wouldn’t turn off and was so loud it was impossible to relax No overhead light in lounge area, so like sitting in a cave I could go on and on but just to say I would never stay again. a very tired place not looked after place very run down, shabby nothing
The location is very convenient, and the hotel is huge if it had a revamp it would be a great place Everything the beds are horribly urine stained the building is filthy, reeks of cigarette smoke super outdated, the pool is closed more than it’s open definitely not worth the rate Only thing I liked was one of the staff members Lina she has every title in the building tried to go above and beyond to help my issues
Poor Whole hotel needs full refurb. Poor breakfast provision. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Room was very noisy from external ? Air con units.. Housekeeping was almost not existent. Beds were made once in 5 days. Rooms need deep clean. Blocked plumbing, shower broken .... Most of the reception staff were very helpful and very friendly.
Location was good. Seemed expensive for the facility and rooms. Very old and dirty proximity to American Dream

7 anni fa mi sono trovato meglio. rinnovazione ormai indispensabile. ormai vecchia, poco curata, bisognerebbe dare una rinfrescata in particilare ai bagni. colazione carente. poca scelta, anzi nessuna se si arriva “tardi”. personale un pò svogliato, ma non tutti! fermata del bus davanti albergo. in 25 min al centro di NY.

Fair Está muy lejos de NY y aunque hay un bus en la puerta del hotel, que te deja en el centro, son 5$ cada vez que lo coges El hotel es muy viejo y el desayuno es pobre La habitación es muy amplia y la cama es grande y cómoda
