It was adequate for our needs. Nothing special. The breakfast set up was haphazzard and disorganized at best. Eggs, cereal, milk, etc was being spilled all over the floor and no one was cleaning it up, so people were stepping in it and tracking it all over the place. The few staff in the breakfast area were quite dismissive and rude. The girl making waffles completely ignored me at first.. Bad The hotel was out dated Staff was horrible The rugs was extremely dirty The breakfast was horrible with poor staffing Front desk staff was horrible. When I was checking in. I stayed on the 9th floor. It was mold on the ceiling. Wallpaper was hanging off the walls when walking to my room. The couch was horrible as well.
Poor We didn’t have internet connection for our entire 3 nights stay. It felt weird when I was asked to call the internet company to have the problem solved. Spent around 1 hour on the phone with the internet company rep but the problem was still not resolved. the location - it is close to NYC.

Bad I'm from out of town I got a ticket on there property from the local police the toilet ran all nite long too expensive for 2 nights 400 really everybody wanna blame the pandemic your paying more but getting less nothing
