Wonderful I called on Thursday to cancel my reservation for Friday only and the girl told me I needed to call back because the system was rebooting and it would take 35-45 minutes. She would not take my information or anything, so I had to call back later in the day. Horrible customer service on her part. Barbara the night desk agent was wonderful!!! She was very patient with us we were with a 10u softball team, so a bunch of little girls running around.
Good place to stop and get a night's sleep The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The location was very good for my purposes.
Exceptional That the toilet in our bathroom moved it wasn't bolted down as is should have been We loved the beds and the bathroom and the carpet was very well kept and the pillows were also very comfortable
