It was a pleasure staying at your hotel, excellent staff since I worked in hotels in Houston all my life, sometimes I am very critical of the property. Your FO staff was great, the housekeeper who cleaned or rooms ( we had three) she was a pleasure to deal with, smiling all the time, rooms are very clean, hope to stay at the hotel next time during our family reunion. -- Rooms 321=322=323
Excellent Use to FULL breakfast like at other LQs, and a bigger pool.
Good place to stay. Pool is too close to a palm tree so it wasn't super clean....restroom door was hard to close....top bed sheet had an old , dry blood stain (took it to front desk to replace it) , the door lock was broken, there was a cricket in the room...the shower curtain would not close completely cause the rod is uneven so it would slide to the middle , and the a/c would make a rattling noise around 12:00am. Location was good.
great service WiFi was not great at all but that is minor. Would deff come back The staff at the front desk was very helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home

Want a refund or something this was horrible Rude staff followed thinking the people dropping us off were staying to there were roaches in room wifi didn't even reach to room breakfast had cereal cold eggs stail milk Nothing really
Will not stay again AC was not working had a bad night sweating all night long the manager said to me if you don’t want
Poor The website says fitness facilities available and there is just an empty room. Not a single piece of equipment
