Disappointing very erratic and non responsive elevator.
Disappointing
Very poor experience. The corporate office should not allow " business as usual" when construction is in proce The property was under remodeling construction. The lobby and surrounding area was in poor condition with construction materials present. The A/C did not work well in the room. The worst was the condition of the bathroom where, when using the shower, the control knob spontaneously fell off and hot water came shooting out. The location was easily accessible from the highway.

Where do I start ! Broken and disgusting and under renovation very slowly!!! Boxes everywhere. Trash everywhere. So many dirty and broken things in my room. Staff was rude. Breakfast was a joke. I would never ever recommend to anyone ! Nothing
Disappointing The room carpet is dirty and has stains. The TV set control is not fully working and the TV is quite old model and hard to use. The path to the elevator need to go through two separated stairs and it is not friendly accessible to have a big luggage and wheelchair. The hotel is still in renovation and construction material is everywhere. The breakfast buffet is very good, many choices of different food. The staff are very helpful and professional The swim pool has an extended time since the hot weather

DESEPCIONANTE Resepcion sin terminar Habitación con olor a cigarro y droga solo entré a la habitación y me salí a buscar otro hotel no volví si hubiera una forma de regresarme el dinero les agradecería mucho Nada
