Poor
Poor. We won't stay here again. The breakfast area was a wreck! The staff member was preoccupied with unloading and storing a stock delivery. Meanwhile, the waffle stand was strewn with batter and I chose not to partake. Also, the lid to the hot food had a broken handle, making it difficult to access. Also, with the limited tables, it would have been better for the staff member to concentrate on wiping the used tables to make for a better experience for the next diners. Not great. Message received by email saying it was nearly time to leave 2 hours before check out and asking when I planned to leave. Inhospitable. The reception staff were nice. The beds had not been changed. I was there one night but when I checked in they had been slept in. I was so tired I just went to sleep. The breakfast was not great. Location convenient

Great staff but the rooms are very old and musty. The room smelled very badly. Musty and mildewy. The sink basin was cracked down the middle. The bed sounded like it was going to break and wobbled anytime you sat or laid on it. There were two sets of small steps we had get up in order to access the elevator. That was super inconvenient as we were on a 3 week trip and had multiple suitcases and small children. The front deck staff worker was very nice and efficient. It’s was quite unfortunate and uncomfortable we spoke to management but nothing got resolved The room the bed was really nasty and the rug in the room kept on getting wet from the bathroom shower staff wasn’t really transparent about the rules and accommodations. Location

Disappointing
I reiterate the first comment. Worst place I have stayed in the USA. Public spaces a disaster (building site). Rude and unhelpful receptionist. Room squalid and bathroom so unpleasant - all chipped, stained, grungy - that I could not bear to enter the shower. And the hotel overcharged me, refusing to honour the price I booked at! Probably the worst motel I have encountered in the USA. Admittedly it's being refurbished. But in its current state it should not even be open!
