Look above .. Diti .. The renovations that day left soo much dust all over at front desk . My room had soo much dust as well. Bathroom floor was sticky not clean . Room dusty on furniture . I had to wipe all n disinfect all. I had housekeeping come back n clean bathroom floor rt away . No cart available to take bags to room. I’m a senior . I was not happy . Karen at front desk called for help to get stuff to room though . But took over 45 extra min. Waited over an hour for room to be ready .. after check in time . Not happy ... read more
Okay for pet owners I have mobility challenges and they gave me a room far far away on the fifth floor .. I had to put the Luggage carrier in an ADA elevator and send up one Floor and walk up to the floor and take the carrier out and move it to another elevator and the roll it down a long hall. The bathroom sink stopper was broke. And the shower bathtub drain didn’t drain so by the end of my shower there was over a foot of water in the tub PLUS I slipped in the shower because the shower mat was slick and had no traction… luc... read more
Poor No hacen el aseo del cuarto, tienes que avisar en recepción que lo hagan y no dejan toallas limpias, huele muy feo en los pasillos, el desayuno deja mucho que desear. Esta muy bien ubicado

Very Poor Rude front desk staff. No one answers the phone and when they do, you are put on hold and never picked up. The policies they state through the corporate number do not align with this hotel and no one cares. Nothing
Fair No me cambiaron las toallas. Lo pedí dos veces en recepción y una vez en el pasillo con las señoritas del servicio de housekeeping. Tuve que secarme con una toalla mini de manos para el baño en mi tercer día, ya no tiene sentido que hagan el aseo tengo que hacer mi checkout antes de las 11. Y el olor en el pasillo es extraño La ubicación, y el personal en el área de comedor
