I stay at La Quinta frequently and this was the first time that everything was wrong. Di The room wasn’t cleaned for 10 days and had no toiletries nor did the front desk have any to give out. No tissues, no toilet paper etc Karen was the clerk that check me in. She didn’t greet me, gave me a room that the phone didn’t work and when I asked her for a different room since she couldn’t have someone fix the phone she gave me a smoking room which I didn’t want. Hotel à éviter L'emplacement à 30 mètres d'un interstate, avec une très mauvaise isolation phonique. Les portes des chambres laissent passer beaucoup de lumière. La salle de bain n'était pas finie, l'hôtel était en travaux, la chambre assez petite et tout ça pour 340 dollars la nuit ! Je ne comprends pas que cet hôtel soit sur Booking.com. Je n'ai pas trouvé de points positifs.
I didn’t like that they charge you a $100 fee for incidentals and return it to your account within 7-10 business days. A Clean and close to a great restaurant
