Fair The hall way stinks, booked it because of the pool and it wasn't opened. They clean the rooms every 3 days. The hall ways are way too noisy at night The area it was located in

Bad The property was filthy and the rooms were not cleaned. The room we first went in was not cleaned . There was a dirty sock behind the chair as well as crushed potato chips and fake fingernails. The bathroom toilet had urine spots on the base with hair . The sheets were not clean. It was disgusting . Not how a La Quinta normally is. The hallways were not clean either . Yuk yuk yuk! Nothing

Bad The room was disgusting, smelled strongly of mold and mildew. Dirty, hard beds, unfriendly staff. I checked in at 9:30 am because they said my room was ready. Went to the attached diner for breakfast then returned to put my luggage in the room. Once we entered the room, we looked around I immediately started feeling the itchy eyes scratchy throat of an allergy attack beginning. We were in the room less than 10 mins.
