Handicappers ... Beware ... Mandatory Steps Not handicap friendly ... mandatory stair steps to get to 1st floor and elevators ... from lobby = 5 + 5 steps, from back = 11 steps. (Very) long wait for check in ... single person, very efficient, but many late arrivals. 1st room was too smoky from previous guests (in non- smoking room) and toilet looked nasty where it attached to wall; 2nd room never unlocked (after 3 new keys and management attempt). Who comes to Stamford Not very clean for covid standards, pool not in operation, room had a funky smell. Not to mention alot of undesirable people around and in the hotel. The diner that was connected. It was close to the Hilton, where my daughters performance was.

Poor VERY dirty. The hall way smelled like urine and cigarette smoke. The toilet was dirty. The bed was comfortable. However, due to the cleanliness issues I don't trust how clean the mattress was.

Disappointing People hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer. The toilet in the bathroom had a leak kept refilling all night. I could hear the traffic on the highway all night. Sounded like a thunder storm all night. The quality isn't their for the price. The location is right off the highway.
