Fair Air con impossibly loud. Good staff.
One night stay Room 115 had a smell. Bed sheets were way too big not smooth & tight. Pillows were almost flat as pancakes. There were 3 on the bed. We asked for another twice but never got one. The desk clerk said she was the only one there & limited. She was very friendly though. The bathroom floor had trash under the pedestal sink & the trash can smelled like poop. Filthy and unsafe conditions Cockroaches, filth, bed bugs and toilets stained with urine. I requested a room change twice but it was not better and they had nothing else. Even though the clerk deemed the conditions “unacceptable”, my money was never refunded and I let the hotel without spending the night. I spoke with Vijay, the manager two days later after leaving several messages and he was rude and verbally abusive. He suggested that the reason I was complaining was only to get my money back. Filthy dirty The hotel smells like a combination of weed and cigarettes. We were supposed to get a non smoking room but that didn’t happen. The bathroom was filthy dirty and the sink was clogged with hair. We would have liked to open the window to get some fresh air but they were bolted shut. I would never stay here again. Nothing

it was sufficient for our needs could have been cleaner,ramps intead of stairs to the elevator. bathroom was in need of fixing/updating the restaurant,and bed was comfortable
Bad I booked wrong hotel ment to be London not new York immediately try to cancel ninth you or hotel would do it cost me £90 for nothing
