In dire need of an update; carpets very dirty. Dinghy, dirty The diner next to it.
Fair It wasn't clean. Not like they didn't clean it but more like years of use and it was yucky. Sticky surfaces, weird stains on the ceiling, blinking light in the bathroom........ Just old. The staff was very polite. I was able to get a room when all the other hotels were booked.
Terrible This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The main reason I chose this location is because on the booking they said there was a pool. On arrival we discovered that the pool was closed because of Covid. I understand this but this is something that should be very clear on booking. The next issue was that they claimed to have continental breakfast included-another reason why I chose this location- the breakfast was a tiny water, a mini granola bar with chocolate chips and a yogurt and a fruit cup.... read more

First and last time i would stay at this property. Hotel lobby had been flooded. Our room had a table with a lamp on it. No outlet for the lamp to be plugged into. Couldn’t use the pool because of Covid. I would think by now all precautions would have been taken. Bathroom was disgusting. The lobby and our room needs a face lift. Very uninviting. Would never go back. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room size was adequate.
Bad wifi, bad location, friendly staff, but party spot during Covid Huge party all night in the room next to mine- staff really didn’t address it and I woke up at 3 am to 6 people outside my door ….

Fair No breakfast as advertised on the website. Ironing board but no iron. Coffee maker in room but no coffee. AC fan sounded like a jet engine all night. Convenient location. Reception staff very pleasant.
Not impressed There was an open bottle of water, a plastic knife and a hard piece of chewed gum behind the bed. The room was not very clean and had a musty odor. Pool was not open We were able to book the room easily
