Terrible Joseph Capuozzo . He said to me that there is no one above him for me to complain . He is the general manager . Screaming and yellling . I sent a complain mail but never got an answer . Terrible person Joseph Capuozzo . Does not know anything about customers relations or service . I mean terrible . He treats people like garbage .
We would think twice before staying there some other time. Business center was closed, there was a rennovation going on in third floor and the rooms we stayed smelled musty and didn’t have a safe deposit box . Location, parking, breakfast, Wi-Fi and responsive staff.
