A éviter à moins d'y être contraint. Personnel lent. Clientèle douteuse, bruyante et sale. Petit-déjeuner lamentable, salle ridiculement exiguë en face de la réception totalement laxiste qui ne réagit pas aux abus de certains clients qui restent assis à bavarder bruyamment à table pendant que d'autres doivent prendre leur petit-déjeuner debout... La proximité du "Sawgrass Mills Mall".
70's hotel The 1970's called and want their hotel back. Everything is old and gaudy. The mini fridge smelled like death. Checkout was at 11am but housekeeping was banging on the door at 9am. The shower curtain was made of fabric so the whole floor was soaked. Bed was hard. Won't stay here again. Staff was pleasant

Berbat otel Halılar leş gibi kokuyor,berbat bi otel.ayrıca pis.booking bu oteli nasıl olur da bünyesinde barındırır inanamıyorum?insanları yanıltıyorsunuz . Hiç bir şeyi sevmedim.son derece berbat bi otel.pis,halılar leş gibi kokuyor,kahvaltı salonu berbat.sanırım 4 metrekare,bedava bile kalınmaz.üstüne para verselerde kalınmaz.
Rampzalig slecht Zeer slechte ontvangst, geen excuus omdat ze aan het verbouwen zijn,. kamer naast de lift die we alle nachten continue gehoord hebben, maar boven alles het ontbijtbuffet.....geimproviseerd in een vergaderzaaltje waar nog geen 10 man kon zitten. Leek meer op uitgiftepunt op een grieks eiland voor vluchtelingen, schandalig slecht, alleen koffie/thee, wat bagels, jam en boter en 5 appels en 4 bananen voor het hele hotel! Decepcion La limpieza y el aspecto al llegar no es acogedor, luce descuidado, el olor a humedad es incomodo, las maquinas del gimnasio no funcionan y el colchon del sofacama es terrible los resrtes estan dañados y el espaldar sucio. Ppr esto pedimos cambio de habitacion y mejoro la dormida. El personal de servicio fue muy atento, nos cambiaron de hotel y de habitacion.
desinteres por el turista Un engaño el desayuno,sin lugar para sentarte,todo descartable.El hotel estaba con pintores,materiales,herramientas en el lobby.Pedimos un taxi,y me llamaron a una oersona conocida,que llego cin un niño en el automovil??? Nada
