Very Poor Everything was a disappointment!!!! Absolutely nothing !!!
Bad experience Room was not clean. I asked to be cleaned again but nothing happened. Hotel needs upgrading and renovation.

Gross...never again The room smelled like mold and old cigarettes. The carpet was so dirty it made the bottom of our socks black. There was an old, washed blood stain on one of the bed sheets. When we were leaving in the morning, we noticed there were no clean linens on the room service lady's cart. BARFFFF
Carefree con sangre en las sabanas!! Desastre!! Había un Carefree usado y sucio con sangre en la cama. Sabanas Sucias, con pelos. Baño sucio. No tenían sabanas para cambiarlas. Desastre!!! Cercano al Sawgrass e IKEA

Very Poor Our room wasn't clean and there was paint chips all over the bed and floor
Don't stay here! Be careful with your reservation it can be cancelled at any time without warning The person in charge of the front desk was rude and it shouldn't be in charge of a front desk or customers at all. Since we didn't check out until 11 pm they canceled our reservation, so we found ourselves without a room to spend the night since they were booked up.
