Poor Las habitaciones estaban sucias,en el 404 la sábana estaba manchada,no sabemos si fue de sangre o creyon de labios,en el 407 que fue la otra q renté, estaba tupida la bañadera y sucia la abitacion

Needs improvement The sheets in my room on both beds were stained and when a note was left for the hotel staff to change it they just turned the sheets around. The refrigerator was making an iccessant ticking noise and the bathroom sink was dripping which made it difficult to sleep at night. When toilet paper was replaced in the bathrooms it was with quarter or half rolls leaving my guests and I to ration them. Poor The room was not cleaned properly and there was a smell in the bathroom that smelled like a sewer. Gladys at the front desk was friendly and pleasant.
Para comprar en SAWGRASS es preferible alojarse en DOWN TOWN y viajar en auto. NUNCA MAS VOLVERE A ESTE HOTEL NI LO RECOMIENDO A UN AMIGO..!!!
