Could use some upgrades
If first impressions would have counted on my stay, I would have left. Not once, but twice. I’m guessing our person checking us in was not trained or aware of how to determine if a room was ready or not ready for accommodations, but they assigned us to an unprepared room (drinks cups all over the place, bed unmade, a/c off so it was hot, restroom dirty) not once, but twice. The outdoor area was perfect for us—nice grilling area with several tables/chairs, large gazebo, clean pool and hot tub.
It was really clean and comfortable. Met the nightly feont desk man name Bill and he left a great impression for me and my guest.
My stay here was great. The staff was awesome and always helpful when I needed them and always took care of me and my family. The area was nice, and close to everything. I stayed with my 2 young daughters and they absolutely loved it. They didnt want to leave when it was time to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.
This hotel is a bit older. Our fridge froze everything no matter the temperature it was on, our tv had white spots within the screen, the ceiling in the bathroom had lots of cracks in the plaster like it would eventually fall in, and we could hear the people above us stomping around.
