Pleasant A/C cut on and off. Water leak in bathroom. Loud and unruly neighbors. Good location
Excellent Nothing Jason the manager was very friendly, curious and professional. He was very helpful alone with the head house keeper who was more than kind and helpful
Room was good, breakfast was not. The breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast had only been open an hour, yet they were out of biscuits and the waffle mix was empty and the coffee pot was empty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Great Price. Great Hotel. N/A I know the staff were probably exhausted, due to the constant checking in/out of people effected by Beryl. I requested a bottom floor room, because I have a 4 year old who can be loud at times....the staff wasn't able to give me a bottom floor...but was able to put me over the lobby instead. Despite being extremely busy, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.
