Kitchenette was very dated and the carpet and couch could use a good cleaning but overall the space was perfect size for our Christmas day with grandson.
Nice clean room
Our stay has been good. Our room needed better cleaning upon arrival. It has a bad odor.We couldn't get another double room due to a large group so we had to deal with the smell unfortunately. Our tv doesn't work since arriving. But the comfort is good. I like the quietness of the hotel. They offer breakfast and the coffee is good. It would have been nice to receive a consession or free stay due to the inconvenience. Overall, for the money. Its good.
The property itself was great. The breakfast that was supposed to be ready at 7 AM was not ready at 7 AM and we were in a rush. The things they cooked were frozen and they didn’t cook them all the way before they put them out so they were still frozen. The TV in the room would not work except for scrolling through some channels and it wasn’t a simple task to figure out, but the biggest markdown was because of the food. The room was clean and ready. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
The place was clean. We reserved for 4 adults and they provided us with only 3 bath towels so I had to use a hand towel. When I went down to ask for more towels, they made me go get the used ones before I could get the fourth one owed to our reservation. Breakfast was extremely sparse to gone. Many guests came within the serving time and had little to no options. When asking for them to get more milk DURING serving hours for cold cereal, they acted like they had to get permission and grudgingly agreed.
