Could use some upgrades
If first impressions would have counted on my stay, I would have left. Not once, but twice. I’m guessing our person checking us in was not trained or aware of how to determine if a room was ready or not ready for accommodations, but they assigned us to an unprepared room (drinks cups all over the place, bed unmade, a/c off so it was hot, restroom dirty) not once, but twice.
